Rush has never criticized those going after BO’s birth certificate, but like most people he realizes that isn’t going anywhere. Even if they prove he was born in Kenya, with an American mother, you are never going to get the Supreme Court to say that he is not an American citizen, so Rush doesn’t waste hours of air time beating the dead horse.

Problem with that is that it is a dead
horse that NEEDS to be beaten.
I fail to see how some people can pick and choose the constitutional travesty that they consider worth worrying about. But it sure would be nice to know who’s in your corner!

If "they" prove he was born in Kenya, then the entire would will know he is a fraud and a liar about who he is. People dont like being lied to, and credibility is ALWAYS an issue.
