I have a hospital based practice, so we have unlimited access to whatever testing we need. However a lot of the furor about swine flu is dying down. When we had the first case in Colorado we had everything from one hospital going on lockdown and not allowing any visitors to just reasonable precautions like hand washing and a mask if you were coughing or sneezing
But as I said, the furor and panic here seems to have died down and people are moving on (appropriately so)
