LOL. To you.
Not to me.
Personally, if the world just sort of exploded right now and we went rocketing off into space in a kazillion little pieces... I just wouldn't care.
I use sunblock though. Go figure.
I haven't owned a television in 18 years. That's taken a lot of the stress out of my life. I only ever heard President Bush's actual speaking voice on a half dozen occasions. I never get worked up by the media. I just unplugged 'em permanently long ago. Rendered them mute and meaningless.
The world is just a different place to me than it is to you- I'm pretty sure about it. And that aint apt to change I don't reckon.
But sometimes I see a hornets' nest and I gotta poke it. I just gots to. I don't care about getting stung. It's something about the way all them little critters just come pouring out of that little hole that fascinates me. It never changes. They come flying out every single time.
My husband is on a news boycott. He can't believe this country has voted in a Muslim liberal (Black Panther) as a president. It blew him away. He's lost all hope for this country. Unless something changes, he'll still vote Conservative, but he'll just stand back and let the damages fall where they may. He doesn't want to hear about them.
He says he'd rather stay in his happy place instead and wait it out.
