A bit misleading (surprise surprise)
Try going back a bit, to the time there were real conservatives left in the race and Mitt was scoring 13 to 15 percent against Fred and Duncan.
Against McCain and Huck even Mitt looks acceptable.

And why were Fred and Hunter gone when the real battle started in February of ‘08?
If a candidate can’t win, his positions don’t matter all that much as far as I’m concerned.
