What? How “private” is it when govt. plants a Planned Parenthood member as a permanent board member of overseeing RomneyCare? How “private” is it when govt expands abortion by paying for it as if it was a “medical” act.

Stare decisis is a legal principle used by JUDGES, it has NOTHING to do with the executive or legislative branches.

The fact that the Supreme Court adjudicated infanticide DOES NOT mean that a governor has to appoint members of the largest abortionist group in the nation to a health care board.

Really Stare decisis means also a law set in place before another came into office.

Even our FR mods use Stare decisis among themselves!:)
