Agreed. As someone on another thread said, we won't know whether or not this is going to be a problem until it's over. It never hurts to have aspirin, bottled water and various staples on hand whether in the event of disease or natural catastrophes. Anyone who has lived in New England in the winter does this as a matter of course.
My wife "indulged" me last night when I showed up with a couple of extra cases of water, restocked the pantry, diapers, and powdered milk supplies, topped off the cars, etc.
She wouldn't quite laugh, but I got the "tolerant" smile that she usually gives me when I do the same things pre-hurricane / winterstorm season.
BTW, I'm from Maine. :-)
