The severity of risk is immaterial. AH posted guidelines to follow in dealing with this current risk. But AH also said no need to close the borders. AH presupposed a risk existed before he posted.

There is a risk. Whether it's mild or severe is not the point.
And we definitely need to close the borders as well as deport all (it is legal to deport).
I agree we need to close the borders fast but it has nothing to do with a bogus flu bug..
