Such as I'm doing, right? But since you brought it up, she is only being called upon because she is HIS daughter, and therefore, can embarrass the party. So, yes, I think he needs to sit her down and have a talk with her.

But just to be clear, nobody is advocating putting her in jail, right? I'm just saying daddy needs to give her the "listen up, little girl talk and that is as American as it gets.
