FNC reported that the Miss California organization is considering stripping her of her title. It would be interesting to see if this happens and would she then be able to file a civil lawsuit based upon religious discrimination.

Maybe since Congress passed the hate crimes legislation they charge her with a hate crime also.

I wonder if they can be charged for a hate crime ?

If they strip her of the crown, then that indicates that her “answer” was WRONG.
Do they often ask “true or false” questions of finalists?
