Nothing is being suppressed, this is all over the place. The young and the old die every year from influenza, this particular strain might be more virulent, but if anything they are blowing it out of proportion as it is.

This whole swine flu story smells. The more I see I can’t help but think this is anther manufactured crisis by the BO administration. If it is such a threat to the nation then why haven’t they shut down the US/Mexican border?

My cousin’s husband is a VP for American Express and lives in Dallas and was telling us about one of her husbands colleagues two year old had it. I hope it’s not the same one. They had just returned from a trip to MEXICO. The whole family had tested positive. Also, Comal and New Braunfels ISD are closed until May 11. That’s north of San Antonio.

I thought they were hyping the Swine Flu for their nefarious ends. Or so I’ve been told.

They redefined the word “transparency” to mean... total blackout of news and facts... just like hussein's past and everything in it.

Maybe because the child was dying while zerO was tooling around in a golf cart?

CDC is all hands on deck right now, with way too much to do.
That having been said, they are extremely media-aware, and do not want to make any statements which will restrict their freedom of action.
If and when they confirm more deaths, they are going to have to do things they do not want to do.
It does not help that there's no head of CDC and no Surgeon General.
The politicization of CDC goes all the way back to 1976 and Jerry Ford's famous flu shot on national TV, and has been profound under GOP and RAT administrations both.
In my personal opinion, any real person would be stone out of their mind to accept either the CDC or SG job, which is why we get what we get.

The Houston Chronicle homepage is reporting that the death occurred in Houston and that the child was a resident of Brownsville. So this is great - sick people are now being trucked around
inside our country. Yay.

I have a 2 year old myself. Not happy about this at all, but Houston is like little Mexico in some places, so I'm not too surprised.

FOX just reported on the radio that the child was “visiting from Mexico.”

Could it be ..... that the swine flu crisis is manufactured so that the Tea Party movement won’t protest on July 4? If there’s a big contagious swine flu, we’ll think twice about hitting the streets, won’t we?

So far just Mexicans are dying. Does the Mexican blood ( or Indian blood) lack something in their white blood cell make up?

Maybe because the child and its parents were/are illegals. Maybe the administration doesn’t want to stir up any close -the-border talk, especially NOW when there is no excuse for leaving it wide open.
OR maybe it isn’t really swine flu, but a new strain of disease with no known remedy.
