When the president is on board it is knows as AF One. When he is not on board, it is the same as any other aircraft - Air Force (and the tail number stenciled on the aircraft).

Fox news said the only personnel on board were Air Force personnel, which you would expect to find on an Air Force plane

I may be mistaken but I believe the Marines fly those planes.

I know about the AF 1 callsign. Doesn’t the force use cool callsigns at all? Not this unit maybe but how about the F-16s escorting after they were done with the ‘photo-op’?
