LONDON – They went to Mexico for their honeymoon, they came back with swine flu.
A Scottish couple who are Britain's first confirmed cases of swine flu had just returned from their Mexican honeymoon, neighbors confirmed Tuesday.
Dawn and Iain Askham became ill over the weekend, a few days after returning from Cancun. .

Now I’m finally glad that they won’t let WalMart into my county. However, trips to Costco are going to be put off indefinitely.
Wierd! We live less than 200 miles from Mexico and our daughter lives in Scotland (a gazillion miles from Mexico). Now the Mexican Flu has struck much closer to where she lives than to where we live.
My biggest worry for my daughter is that Scotland (and the entire UK) has socialized medicine, just like Mexico.

They should not have been surprised. Mexico City has so many Mesicans dumping on hte sidewalk that their weather reports include a coliform count.
The coliform count is for the air, not the water.
That is why it is known as Messico. It is a mess, a socialist mess.

Me, too. I was thinking about the flu as I made my Walmart run last night. They have become our 'company store', driving out small businesses in our recession hit area. I'll be needing more Germ-x.
