In my humble opinion, their memories are not that vivid and needed a good shaking-up...
You'd be surprised...every time a flurry of fire trucks race by or a helicopter flies overhead, people run to the window scared thinking of 9/11. When we had that steam explosion last summer, we were terrified and that's all anyone talked about.

Amazing. The way the votes go in NYC I had assumed they had all forgotten. I guess they can’t translate their memories of being attacked by terrorists and wanting to be safe in the future into how to vote in order to have a shot at preventing future attacks.
