President Barack Obama recently named Dawn Johnsen as his choice for Assistant Attorney General to the Office of Legal Counsel (OLC).
A 1986 graduate of Yale Law School, Johnsen arrives in Washington with impeccable leftist credentials. From 1987-88 she served as a staff counsel fellow for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), an organization that routinely has defended the rights of terrorists, illegal aliens, and enemies of America generally. For the ensuing five years, she was employed by the National Abortion & Reproductive Rights Action League (now known as NARAL Pro-Choice America).

Johnsen’s advocacy for the rights of captured terrorists is what’s getting the most attention now. But her most amazing remark is her claim that any limits on abortion is a violation of the Constitution’s 13th. Amendment banning slavery.

“Four years later, Johnsen penned another amicus brief in the Supreme Court case Bray v. Alexandria Women’s Health Clinic, where she characterized the efforts of anti-abortion petitioners as “terrorist” behavior that was “remarkably similar to the conspiracy of violence and intimidation carried out by the Ku Klux Klan.”
In Johnsen’s view, no judicial nominee should be eligible to serve on the federal bench unless he or she openly and unequivocally abjures any and all restrictions on access to taxpayer-funded abortion...”
Great..more Obama appointments that will be targeting the political speech of their opponents...while Obama terrorizes all of New York and New Jersey in AF1 with nary a peep(for the true facts) from the corrupt American media.

Assuming that the big Zero makes it through four years with out being impeached (which will happen if we get hit with a terrorist attack again) he will lose the vote for a second term, and no person of color will even be considered for president for the next hundred years.

It was a big mistake for the first "black " president to be a leftist radical like 0bama.
Only Nixon could go to China, i.e., only a conservative could be the first successful black President of the USA.
I hate to let her in on a little secret, but not even the SCOTUS invoked the 13th Amendment when it decided Roe v. Wade.
