Exactly! We really need to limit govt authority to legislate ANYTHING! Plus term limits, plus no retirement pay for legislators beyond a contribution to their private 401k. We really do have a bunch of busy-bodies making a living off of us.
Well, the real agenda behind it, in my opinion, is to eventually ban the ownership of dogs and pets.
This smacks of the PETA thugs getting rid of animal owenrship.
