Just announced up in Alaska that the Governor has been cleared of this stupid charge. Ruling is that SarahPAC is in full compliance with federal law and that traveling to Indiana and speaking out on abortion is fully within her first amendment rights as an American citizen.
This one didn't take long. Back to the drawing boards ankle-biters.
Correction, the complaint thrown out is the Sondra Tompkins complaint filed 4 days earlier related to her travel to Indiana and using SarahPAC.
The complaint here is that her Legal Defense Fund is itself a violation. This one ain't long for the world either.
