Fabulous idea. Let us know how those battery operated electric cars work when it's -55 Deg. F in the winter there.

That should get you at least 5 miles down the road, if you don't drain battery power by running the heater or the windshield defroster.

What percentage of all cars in the US operate where it gets below -55? 1%? 5?
