San Diego, CA -- The owner of a chain of abortion centers in California has been sentenced on a second set of charges that she did abortions without a medical license. With her the abortion practitioner's her centers hired having their own legal problems, Bertha Pinedo Bugarin, 48, took it upon herself to do abortions.
Bugarin was accused of putting more than a dozen patients at risk by doing abortions on them or giving them the dangerous RU 486 abortion drug without having medical training.

Of course, you will have to pay fees to the government for your certification, and to license your kitchen as an “abortion clinic”.
Congress will regulate the system by creating a bureaucracy of “inspectors”, who will show up periodically to inspect your business, and to collect “tribute”, which will be split with the Dems in Congress.
