“Frankly, I don’t find the article pretty informative — it’s actually pretty confusing. Why would such a memo be sent to mid-level operatives instead of guys at the top? And when was it sent? The article doesn’t say.”

If you’re looking for the truth, or a straight answer out of this administration....forget it. I have a number of questions as to why this was done.

The article shows that government agencies were indeed aware of this stunt.

No, the article doesn't show that government agencies were aware! It doesn't say WHEN the memo was sent, for one thing. Why not? That's pretty basic information that any journalist worth his/her salt would include and that any editor worth his/her salt would DEMAND.

It's all bogus.
