I don't know, how about common sense?

Common sense says you take your commerative photo on the ground, or far away from any sky scrapper. Show me a time when Bush did this. Bush, unlike Obama, had enough common sense and caring to know it would be tasteless to buzz New York City just to get a photo of his plane. It doesn't take tin foil to see that Obama doesn't give a damn about scaring the crap out of the little people.

I guess the people of New York have a commemorative photo as well.

Someone should post that picture of the guy that says “Not this Shit again”. Only change the caption to: “Oh Shit??? Dohy?

Photo op, my foot. Where was the photo plane? The pics weren't being taken from AF1 -- helicopters would be used for that kind of photography. The pics weren't being taken of the AF1 with Manhattan as the backdrop, because a photographer-friendly, stable, designed-for-it professional small jet would be used for that purpose. Professional photos taken from the cramped cockpit of a fighter jet with all of its canopy distortion, or gun cameras made for combat, not for 8x10 glossies? We're supposed to buy that THAT is how professionals would go about getting top-quality publicity photos? I don't think so.

This wasn't a photo op. Something else was going on here. I don't know what it WAS, but I can damned well surmise what it wasn't, and it wasn't a photo op.
