Barack Obama's obvious comfort level with leaders of unfree countries shouldn't surprise anyone. He is not only our first black president. He is also our first president who doesn't like the free country he was elected to lead and feels his job is to change it.
Obama's cordial encounter with Venezuelan thug Hugo Chavez and his bow of deference in London to the Saudi Arabian king are extensions of behavior we have always seen on the black left. Jesse Jackson openly embraced Chavez, as well as having maintained relations with the likes of Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi and Yasser Arafat.
This should be kept in mind as our president now makes his own effort to bring peace to the Middle East.
It should be clear to anyone conscious and watching that central to Obama's Middle East strategy is to disabuse the long-held notion that there exists a "special relationship" between the United States and Israel. The sense of unique kinship between our country and the Jewish state has existed since Israel's founding just 60 years ago.

Amen
I think Palin was a major factor. Before the VP announcement Obama was polling very badly among Jews (for a RAT). Polls were showing him around 55-60% instead of the usual 75-80%.
That shifted dramatically after he chose Palin and the MSM unleashed its lying dogs.
I can’t believe that any Jew who was going to vote for McCain would switch to the Messiah simply because Palin was the VP nominee. As I said, absolutely no evidence of Palin being anything but pro-Israel and friendly to Jews in Alaska. Could you imagine that the ‘Rat congresscritter (and impeached former federal judge) Alcee Hastings, addressing the Jewish ‘Rat group, attacked Palin as being antisemitic (and racist) because she hunts moose?! If that’s the “best” argument they can come up with, both he any Jews who would give credence to such illogic are total nitwits.
Most simply put, it's an ignorance of American history, tradition, values, and law. An ignorant people cannot remain a free people; statism thrives in a culture of idiocy.
You'd be justified in saying a lot of things about Soros, but being a Nazi isn't one of them. What he may have done is collaborate with them or bribe them to save his life, but he could never have become one of them because they would never have him for the obvious reason.
He already has. Netyanyahoo (sp) got elected because of obambi.
Thank you for reminding me of the reality of Soros’ inability to join the Nazi party.
He did ascribe to their beliefs however - I was mistaken in the way I worded my rant.
Anger makes me less careful - with Soros - I would describe him as the devil if necessary for what he is doing to our nation.
Thanks.
I believe so.
I don't either. A far bigger issue was the neutralization of his associations, both by a media unwilling to report on them and a Republican candidate who clearly stated there was nothing to be concerned about there, that he'd be a fine President.
Samantha Power, though she only advocated US troops occupying the West Bank and Gaza, and now says she really didn't mean it.
You're right about McCain not getting into the issue of O's associations until very late, when he brought up William Ayers during the last debate. IIRC, Palin was a lot more aggressive about it than McCain was.
