Not at all. I’m referring to the news reports, not this thread. Also, no, I don’t think the average terrorist is all that bright — one of several reasons we haven’t been hit again so far.
Under estimating the enemy can be deadly. They may be nuts and extremists on many levels but to write them off as stupid is folly.
