When it comes to non-verbal types, e.g. mathematicians, physicists, engineers, it's up to the student to also learn to understand the professor, not the other way around.

No, students should simply drop the class and take it from someone who speaks English. They’ll get better teachers. If they want to learn Mandarin, they can take a class in it.
