Very unclear if they’re including Indians as “Asians”, who have a very very different Democrat voting habit than Southeast Asians who tend to vote conservative.
Also ethnic Chinese tend to vote more Democrat.
I ran across a site many years ago that at one time tracked this stuff through polling within Asian American ethnic communities, but being a political site with a leftie slant, they eventually stopped showing that info because it starkly illustrated what I said above. They needed a monolithic “Asian” voting bloc, not one with a range of political interests and political opinions.
That’s how lefties work.
Research I was doing prior to the election indicated they would be voting heavily Democrat. I think it has always been that way. They do not identify with lefty liberalism as a whole, but they do vote overwhelming D. Nearly every elected Asian official is a D. The Asian websites were all promoting the D party and strengthening their voice with the D vote. Muslims were encouraed to do the same - vote with one voice-D.
I’m guessing the Asian D-vote was in the high 80%tile.
