Yes, 60 people in Mexico. This article says the CDC is saying it's too late to contain the outbreak in the US. There are also up to 40 human cases of bubonic plague in the US every year.
The CDC website says the only cases in the US have been in San Diego and Imperial Counties in CA and San Antonio, Texas.
Anyway, here's the CDC recommendations page for Swine Flu:
CDC Swine Flu sheet.

"There are also up to 40 human cases of bubonic plague in the US every year." Bubonic plague has a harder time spreading (you need fleas and rats to spread it.) However if Bubonic Plague transmutes into Pneumonic Plague then its katie-bar-the-door!

And the U.S. cases, as far as I’ve read, all recovered.
7 people got the flu and then got better.
Run!

That’s just lovely, especially since it’s Fiesta season and we have tourists from everywhere in San Antonio right now...They better figure something out quick.
