My bet is if you walked up to any virologist and told them this combination they would opt that it was lab created rather than natural occurance.

I'd bet you a considerable amount of money that they'd say the opposite.

Well, there’s quite a bit of discussion about this on forum of folks that follow this sort of thing. So far the concensus is that there hasn’t been a cross-species quite this complex.
