Oh great, so now we have to rely on the courts, soon to be packed with Obama appointees, to protect First Amendment freedoms of speech and free exercise and find this legislation unconstitutional. Our constitutional freedoms are vanishing! We are doomed!

Nobody should fall for this ambush. Rights that can be "given" by a court or lawmaking body can just as easily be stripped away. How dare they "let" us practice our Christianity!
I prefer the permanent religious exemption found in the U.S. Constitution.

Either the First Amendment means what it says or it doesn’t.
The Supreme Court MUST toss this out. If not, the Republic really is over, and it’s time to work on what comes next.
