All I can say in this day of 20 year long drawn out appeals before death row inmates are executed they sure got McVeigh out of the way in a hurry.
Wonder what could have been learned from McVey and Nichols had they been waterboarded or otherwise inconvenienced while in Federal custody?
I was wondering about that, too. It seems that Timothy McVeigh waived his appeals. So, since he had a conviction with a death sentence, he was going to be executed (which he wanted).
