Yes, and if she runs for higher office they will scream that she had many many ethics complaints - of course never mentioning that they orchestrated them for this very purpose. Seems to me that this was successfully done with another Republican but I can't remember who. But the guy lost because of the negative appearance of so many ethics complaints.
