An ethics complaint against Alaska Governor Sarah Palin will be filed this afternoon asserting that Palin’s involvement with SarahPAC constitutes "outside employment" and "misuse of official position."
Anchorage resident Sondra Tompkins, child disability advocate and mother of a special needs child, is filing the complaint after observing Governor Palin repeatedly display "a pattern of unethical behavior." Sondra believes that the tipping point for her was Sarah Palin's most recent abdication of her role as Governor and apparent conflict-of-interest when she spoke at two outside events in Indiana rather than work with the Alaska Legislature during the most critical time, the end of the session.
The complaint alleges:
a) Governor Palin has entered into a contract outside of her official duties with the donors, employees, partners and any or all other participants involved in Sarah PAC.
b) The recent partisan trip to Indiana by the Governor was purely to benefit personal interests, had no benefit for the State of Alaska and was in direct conflict with her official duties.
c) The Governor left the State to participate in these events during the most critical end-of-session Legislative activities, at a time where the legislators themselves are not permitted to leave.

Sarah spent the first ten minutes of her speech talking about Alaska, and why Indianians should want to visit there.

Also, can anyone cite where, if the Legislature can’t leave, is the Governor specifically required NOT to leave?

Also, we have instant communication today via cell phone, Blackberry, IPOD, etc. So what exactly is the need for physical proximity when the Governor has done her job and now the legislators have to do theirs?

Actually Slutty Sondra she talked a great deal in her speech about how great Alaska was.
That's a damned good idea, so I'm pinging him to this thread. At the very least, maybe he can set her up with a real pit bull of a defense litigator to take these scumbags out in court and make them pay heavily.
Grass height is a non-issue in most of Alaska.
Now, for Sondra's insult to Indiana. She should know that Alaska wouldn't have half its population if everyone there who had an ancestor who came from Indiana just up and left. There'd be no bush planes; no summertime rental cabins; no gigantic cabbages ~ nothing whatsoever of the folks who make Alaska special.
The only problem is that, at some point, Obama is going to implode like a supernova before the entire world and there won't be anyplace for him to hide.

The law of diminishing returns is setting in on the carpet bombing of Sarah Palin, and Axelrod is getting desparate. He’s so desparate I can smell his sweat all the way from DC. Attacks on Palin, attacks on TEA Party participants, attacks on returning war veterans, attacks on Miss California. He’s really pulling out all the stops.
On the SarahPAC page there is a note requesting that further donations be withheld pending announcement of the legal fund -- the Alaska Fund Trust -- which is apparently coming very shortly.
This is all done to BANKRUPT her and send a warning shot to ANYONE ELSE that sharp, smart and conservative to stay out of politics so the Dems can have it all themselves!
Perhaps some investigation of this Sondra (can’t even spell, can she?) is in order. Who’s paying for her lawyers? What’s the family background? How many times has she been arrested? Perp photos?
Can we make her life a living hell?
