It won’t blow up on Obama. Obama will get what ever he wants as long as the MSM is in his back pocket.
IMO, a trial would certainly be a high stakes gamble for the defendant but there would have to be some definition of terrorism and I don’t think that waterboarding would meet that test. Then testimony could be introduced about the aborted LA attack and others.
