Since he was on the board of a homeless support organization..let’s assume he was a Rat.
Great sympathy for the family, but now send in some independent auditors. I could make a suggestion, but they won’t do it.
They will drop the hint that he was suffering from depression and under a Dr’s care.

I have served on the board of a free clinic and pharmacy for those who fall between the cracks with no private insurance or medicaid - usually those in limbo. No government grants only gifts from the community - persons and businesses.

It is he conservative thing to do, IMO
