Here was a man who knew where the skeletons were buried. Barney and Chris must be feeling more relieved this morning.

"Probably his wife woke up in the middle of the night, noticed her husband wasn’t in bed, and went to look for him."

Well, a gunshot in the house between 4 & 5 am is likely to wake one up.

Sad - he probably had a conscience. The scum who should be hanging themselves are happy and carefree types like Madoff - (Madoff is a dem by the way) Prayers for his family and loved ones.

There is a lot of interesting conjecture at this Market Watch link. Page 8 has a long list of other people who have been involved with Freddie. I was surprised to see both Rahm Emanuel and Newt Gingrich as former associates.

I read that while it was reported by Bloomberg as an “unintended suicide”, the wife confirmed it was a suicide. Does make one think it was a “hit”.

Oh, that’s right,
There is another team in Chicago. I forgot.

2 years ago in late Sept. I took my wife to Chicago on our way to Macinaw. Island.
Third to last game of the year and we went to Wrigley.
Cubs lost.
Had fun though, original Uno’s, and all over town for 4 days.
Great city.

"unintended suicide"

"Unattended", the cops said "unattended". Calling Jack Kevorkian.

I remember my Smith Barney broker pushing hard for me to invest in Freddie and Citicorp back in the day. The trail of those involved runs deep.

I just had a pizza at Due’s, Uno’s sister. Absolutely the best pizza in Chicago.

Years ago it was reported that a man in NW Indiana committed suicide by hitting himself in the head with a hammer 50 times. No joke that is what the LEA reported. The State Police investigated and found otherwise.

Ever get a tie caught in a paper shredder?

That's one reason not to have a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink.

Maybe she can get a job in the White House travel office. Or designing the new cross country bullet train that Obama wants hubbed out of Chicago. Or maybe she can manage fetal stem cell sales. Or NASA’s next system of manned space launch.

The woman has all sorts of ability to take on jobs she possesses no skills for.
