Pirates should just be shot and dumped overboard. Shark bait.

That isn't nearly as stupid as us bringing home a Somali pirate for trial.
In fact the Dutch look like geniuses compared our method of handling these people.

I thought ships had rope and a high place from which to attach it? Cannot see what is hard to figure out what to do with pirates. The rope is even reusable and already on every ship, costs nothing but a few minutes of time to use it.

Saturday's catch and release in the Gulf of Aden underscores confusion over what to do with captured pirates
Undersize no doubt. I hear thay have to be at least 16 years old and 120 pounds or else back they go to their mommies!

If I catch a rat in my house, I MUST destroy it. If I’m ‘nice’ to it and set it free, it’ll come back with 20 more.
These dimwits ‘destroyed’ the AK47s instead. Morons.

I think the Dutch are on to something here. Turn them loose, and the next time one of them waves an AK, turn him and all of his friends into fish food.
Beats extraditing them to New York...

They are enemy combatants without Geneva Convention protection. They should be shot (or hanged).
