Well, I wouldn’t really have to worry about that because a TRUE conservative candidate would NEVER support the atrocity that is abortion!
Or a real conservative might also take the view that this is a medical decision to be made by mom and dad and the government has NO business being involved. Roe v Wade was a disaster and needs to be overturned but I am not convinced that government has any need to be involved one way or the other on this issue
