There is some pretty interesting video at the link. One shows candidate OBama talking all tough on Cuba, the other shows president Obama saying it's all America's fault an that we just want to be Cuba's friend.

That’s all you get from Zer0- talk. And with the talk there are lies and hot air. He is worse than Carter.

Barack Obama: The Soft on Tyranny President

Soft on Tyranny?

He is removing all defenses that America has against external tyranny and is exerting internal tyranny himself.

God help us.

I’m pretty close to a lot of Cubans in South Florida (heck, I married one). Their culture is incredible. God believing, family oriented, Incredible work ethic, and they HATE communists, especially Castro.

Yes, some of them actually fell for the sweet siren of Obama’s song. Not many, though. But in South Florida, there are many communities of immigrants, including Hatians, Puerto Ricans, Dominicans, and a bunch more. It wasn’t the Cubans that voted for Obama.

All men are created equal, but cultures are NOT all equal. Some cultures are superior to others. Cultures that promote individual responsibility, liberty, freedom to speak and write what they believe, are superior to cultures that suppress those things. Cultures that advocate, “Don’t snitch” deserve what they get, a bunch of dead people. OK by me.

Cuban transplants (IMHO) are very much desirable and integrate into our culture rapidly, and in fact, bring us closer to the principles of our founding fathers. Much more than others.

Compared to other cultures, the Cuban culture has these common traits:

They don’t wear their pants down below their butts.
They are church-going.
They keep their families together (2nd and 3rd generation welfare queens are shunned, ridiculed, and bring disgust).
They work hard, and consider welfare as a shameful last resort.
Their word is their bond.
They will collectively kick your butt if you even think about not making your GF an honest woman.
They don’t whine, complain, or beg for government handouts.
They are optimists, and believe in the American dream.
They hate freeloaders, unlike some (OK, many) of the other island cultures.
They don’t rob you.

Yes, IMHO the Cuban culture is superior to most other cultures in Latin America. Costa Rica is close. Heck, most Latin folks are similar, and have potential, but they put up with corruption, and don’t risk their lives swimming in inner tubes to try to get to freedom. They just put up with it,

(10 seconds for some maroon to scream “racist”)

Cubans put their lives on the line to get to freedom, and do not try to claim welfare victim status. They just want to be free.

Then again, I am on the homeland security list or FBI list, or something, likely and proudly.

Please read, “Unintended Consequences.”
