Germany's government said the country will boycott this week's UN racism conference out of concern that it could be "abused as a platform for other interests."
Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said on Sunday that he made the decision after consulting with other European Union nations, and he urged those attending the conference to "stand up for the effective fight against racism and ethnic discrimination."
Germany joined the United States, Netherlands, Australia, Canada, Israel and Italy in boycotting the conference out of concern that it could be used by Muslim countries to criticise Israel and to limit free speech when it comes to criticising their religion.

Germany joined the United States, Netherlands, Australia, Canada, Israel and Italy in boycotting the conference OK. I get it now. Only racists are allowed to go to the UN racism conference.

Where's Great Britain? C'mon you guys, don't tell me...

We’re actually boycotting it? You’d think Obama would be the first one there.

"Were actually boycotting it? Youd think Obama would be the first one there." There are enough Democrats with a remaining sliver of a conscience to step forward and demand this (including Hillary). Obama had no choice but to follow their lead. When asked to explain the decision at this morning's press conference, he replied with incomprehensible stammering and meandering.

Another reason that I would feel much better right now with Hillary as POTUS, than the Kenyan Usurper.
