There were four black uniformed LEOs on the roof of the California capitol building scanning the crowd with binoculars. That did not make me feel very comfortable. Didn’t see any sniper rifles or cameras up there, but who knows what was lying behind the parapet.
We watched people taking pictures of us from windows in the Salem, OR capitol building....don’t know WHO they were....
