As a former Marine, I can tell you that the Commanding Officers in charge of this rescue needed more than they were given and that the success that was achieved was in spite of the great O’zer and at great peril to these fine officiers’ careers. Sure, just sit back and relax and give O’zer the credit. The after op report will certainly remain classified for some time.

But Obama failed this test and is taking credit for its success. It's just plain dishonest and downright crass!!!

I am pretty sure he gave you guys your credit. What he did not do was let you guys do your job. I believe that indecisiveness has killed more Americans than actual combat, ( in my opinion ).

Exactly. The SEALS rescued the Captain in spite of their inept, corrupt, present voting CIC.

I suspect that the Commanding Officers had to take the initiative and took matters into their own hands, lest, if left to Obama, we would have a dead Captain. Semper Fi to you downtown.
