Sen Dodd & The DC Political Class
Of great concern to all should be todays revelation that only five (yes only five) Connecticut residents donated to Senator Dodds campaign this year. It suggests that Congress is controlled not by those representing their constituents, but by an insular, if not impervious political class.
So whats wrong with a powerful government staffed by political insiders? Look at the former socialist republics in Eastern Europe. Milovan Djilas, the Yugoslavian Communist leader, observed that socialisms transfer of power from the private sector to the government did little other than create a new class of government insiders.

The 5,000 strong who gathered on the steps of the Connecticut state capital on Wednesday at one point were chanting “Hey Chris Dodd, swim to Cuba!” One person shouted “underwater!”
Meanwhile, in another article on another site, seemingly unrelated to this one:
“Michael V. O’Hare, the bookkeeper to Senator Thomas J. Dodd of Connecticut whom the senator mainly held to blame calling him “a liar and a forger and a thief” in a case that ultimately led the Senate to censure Mr. Dodd in 1967...”
Liar? Forger? Thief? Was he describing O’Hare or Chris?
Permanent Political class sounds like Guaranteed Insurrection material go ahead with it!
“Permanent Political class sounds like Guaranteed Insurrection material go ahead with it!”
The Republicans should use this against every RAT incumbent.
Can anyone on here take a picture of Chris Dodd’s face and put it onto a dodo? It would make a great poster for the anti-Dodd campaign which is brewing in Connecticut.
I agree they all need a Serious wake up call.
