She said Saberi was in Iran to learn more about her cultural heritage. Well she learned alright.

On Thursday, the State Department said Saberi's jailing was not helpful and that Iran would gain U.S. good will if it "responded in a positive way" to the case.Okay. So Iran arrests and convicts her on trumped up charges, but its an opportunity for them to gain US goodwill? We knew our country would become weaker with Obama in office, but its happening faster than I expected.

At least she was only tried for spying. If she’d been accused of something more severe, such as taking off her headcovering, she may have been sentenced to be shot.

So Iran arrests and convicts her on trumped up charges, but its an opportunity for them to gain US goodwill? Sure. Obama will turn on his personal charm and express his willingness to work with the Iranian regime to have more peaceful relations. The Iranians will release the woman and cite Obama's intervention thereby inflating Obama's ego even more and sucker him into believing he can talk Iran out of becoming a nuclear power.

Yea,she could have spurred the advances of an Iranian male
and had acid thrown in her face and been blinded and
disfigured. The male pays a small fine and time served.

As much as I don’t like Hillary, I would feel much better if she was President than that Kenyan usurper.

It’s the wrong Clinton.
If we really want Saberi rescued, send Bill Clinton.
He’ll have her on a plane within minutes.

True, even Hillary wouldn’t be this bad!
To: Steelfish
If she is an Iranian citizen, the US probably has no legal right to her, IMO.
Send in the UN Human Right Commission.

Maybe Hellary can ask BOZerO's new homie, El Puerco de Venezuela, to negotiate a release with his little Iranian monkey pet.
