Tyson’s isn’t that bad and their newer malls like the one in Columbia, MD are very nice.FYI - The Mall in Columbia opened in 1971 and Tyson's Galleria opened in 1988.

We opened in Columbia in 2005 in what may have been a new wing. To my knowledge there have been none of the problems there that we’ve seen on older malls.
