I'm NOT defending the media here. They are a severe corruption of the Fourth Estate and should be reeled in. Frankly, when they openly endorse a candidate (and become the politician's mouthpiece) they are making a CORPORATE contribution, which is illegal under Federal campaign law. They should be prosecuted!!!
The men in black dresses are not infallible. They may establish precident but that doesn’t make them Constitutionally right.
