We are now the United Socialist States of America. Run by fascists.

I'm not part of your we. I am still a proud citizen of the United States of America.

It doesn’t matter if you want to be part of we or not. They are turning the country that direction and just because you may want to pretend it isn’t happening deoesn’t mean it isn’t.

Fascism, learn what it is then cry a river of tears as you see it all around you.

Since I've been alive we've had:

Democrat: Kennedy/Johnson - 8 years.
Republican: Nixon/Ford - 8 years.
Democrat: Carter - 4 years.
Republican: Reagan/Bush - 12 years.
Democrat: Clinton - 8 years.
Republican: Bush - 8 years.

We always have survived, and we will continue to. Don't turn into an Alec Baldwin of the right, thinking you have to pick up your toys and leave if your side doesn't win.

Doe it isn’t about toys in case you haven’t been paying attention. They have taken over the banking and finance industry. That is the capital in capitalist.

They completly control the engergy sector via fascist policies.

Obama’s trip to Europe he signed an agreement that surrenders control of our business sector to Europe, which supercedes the US Constitution.

Soon he will enact a bill to repeal the 2nd admendment.

Please explain. How does the President supersede the Constitution?

He signed an agreement, when Congress ratifies the agreement it becomes law. We have been having this discussion here concerning this deal for the past two weeks.

For instance when they sign the UN agreement dealing with child care, the UN will be able to say what you can and cannot do concerning your children.

This new agreement allows Europe to say this US company is too big to fail, so it must be nationalized. They also oversee the SEC and other institutions in the US.

TARP 1 and 2, there is so much in there that destroys our constitutional rights it is funny.

They have already taken our country.

So in other words while you were not paying attention they have already done the deed.

And with ACORN I doubt we will ever have a free election again.

If this is a current poll, why does it ask if folks “approve of the job Obama has been doing as President-elect?”

And if it’s current, the real gold here is that more disapprove than approve!

"Spoken like a true “transplant”. You talk about “abandoning the country”. Well millions of “transplants” such as yourself have done just that. Instead of staying in the bleu states and fixing the problems there people like you ran away or “jumped ship” to Texas. Every day I see more and more license plates from states like California, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Minnesota, Michigan, Massachusetts, Maine, Washington state, etc on the roads here. They all aren’t here on vacation, hun. No, they have “jumped ship” instead of staying in their bleu states and fixing the problems there. What is worse is that the leftist vermin are “jumping ship” to here, too, and you can bet that they will try to start up the same leftist collectivist BS that turned the bleu states into economic and social hellholes."

So very nicely put, it had to be repeated!

I can never get over the folks who move here, then want to remake Texas in the image of the cesspool they left behind.

Why do people feel the need to attack others who state views other than theirs? Do you think a person should stay in the place they’re born for their whole life, and never live elsewhere? What business is it of yours anyway, hon? Last time I checked there were no laws in Texas against people crossing the state line to buy a house and contribute heavily to the economy here.

I would not call any of the places I’ve lived cesspools.

What is wrong with you people here? Are we going to unite on what we all believe in and get this country back together, or are we going to attack each other for where we live, where we’ve moved to, where we came from?

It is still a free country. People are actually allowed to move to other states if that is where they can make their best contributions and pursue life, liberty and happiness.

Wake up. There is no time now for your pettiness.
