I would say the donations are coming from out of country paid by members of the neo fascist Bilderberger group. Donations from UBS are one in particular to look for. The chairman of Fiat is also on the UBS board and will be looking to buy Dodd's connections with the UAW and banking committe to help Fiat rip off the US tax payers under the cover of "bailout".
