Yes, I live here.

Better than New England in February, where I also lived for 6 years.

I'd much rather endure a cold winter than a hot, humid summer. Not even close.

Sailboats, swimming pools, and bikinis. Makes those hot, humid summers seem like a pleasure.

It maybe a lot colder than you think though once the Republic of Texas closes the oil and gas spigots.

Besides oil and gas, we have lots of energy in the form of wind(largest in country) and nuclear, and are unafraid of building more.

Can generate plenty of air conditioning in homes, businesses and cars.

You're absolutely right! Stay right where you are, life in Texas is much too tough, and we already have all the folks we need.

Climate here is miserable and getting worse, you really wouldn't want to move here!
