Brazil, Pakistan, Albania, China, Bulgaria, Poland, Egypt, Iraq, India, Nigeria, Viet Nam, Venezuela and a few others have licenses to make them. No license has been granted to an American manufacturer. Your question about where they are made is my most favorite line to my goofy Lib in-laws.
