From what I learned about Kerry while reading the FBI files he was still in the Navy but NEVER prosecuted, which leads me to believe he was a mole for the government inside the VVAW.
Now, THAT’s a theory. The Navy never prosecuted because democrats, as well as Republicans, on the hill needed an antiwar “authority.” They never even placed him under oath.
