I was thinking of a “Reagan Test”. Say Ronald Reagan and see which muscles twitch...you’ll know right away if they’re Texan material.
But your idea is valid as well. Break out a 9mm and see how they react. If they say “cool” (like my kids would do), then an instant green card.
There should be bonus points if they break out their own gun in an act of self defense or is able disarm you in a quick martial arts move taught by the USMC. :->
