I already told you. You just don’t want to hear the answer.
So the total number is the same as what was given for the American Independent party?
So you claim that the number of registered members of your America's Independent Party is about 376,000?
Our national numbers are not public information. We have no “members,” we have affiliates. After all, we’re all independent conservatives who have chosen to exercise our First Amendment rights of free association along with others who are like-minded.
For example, I’m registered as an Independent. That’s all my home state allows if you’re not part of the two-party duopoly. Other AIP affiliates are registered as voters under other party labels. This is allowed under the rules of AIP’s Personal Affiliation Agreement. We could care less about party labels, ultimately.
The same thing applies to how we choose candidates. We make our endorsements and nominations based on proven adherence to America’s founding principles, not on party affiliation.
I thought that libertarians and Greens and Democrats and Republicans could all register in Iowa.

Here's Romneys letter to the editor for the original AP lie which is getting promulgated around the MSM.
CONTRARY TO Joan Vennochi's assertion in her April 9 Op-ed column "GOP cools on a hot-button issue," my view on immigration reform is exactly as I described in my 2008 campaign.
First, illegal immigration should be eliminated by securing the border, creating an immigration identification card, and establishing an employment verification system and penalties for noncompliance.
Second, the legal immigration process should be simplified, and our immigration policies should favor applicants with skills and education. I oppose the McCain-Kennedy bill because it allows virtually all illegal immigrants to permanently remain in the United States.
Gee, Rameumptom, your post of Romney's letter left out a very important part of Romney's immigration reform plan:
First, illegal immigration should be eliminated by securing the border, creating an immigration identification card, and establishing an employment verification system and penalties for noncompliance. Those who have come here illegally should be able to apply for residency, but their application should be given no advantage relative to those who have remained in their home countries.
Second, the legal immigration process should be simplified, and our immigration policies should favor applicants with skills and education. I oppose the McCain-Kennedy bill because it allows virtually all illegal immigrants to permanently remain in the United States.

Did you accidentally slip and delete that, forgetting to note the "snip?" Or were you trying to edit the inconvenient part of Romney's letter to support your erroneous claim that his plan is the same as Tancredo's and Hunter's?
See tagline. Romney is a total and complete weasel.
